This discounted hotel meeting rate of $349/night (plus applicable taxes and resort fees) is available for reservations arriving within 3 days prior and leaving within 3 days after the meeting subject to availability at the time of your booking. Please note: The Tell All Tribune Meeting date is Friday, June 20, followed by the Genesis meeting on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

Accommodations and reservation modifications may be made online here or by calling 1-970-429-9500 and referring to the Tell All Tribune and Genesis Meetings. Discounted room rates are available until the cutoff date of Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a 100% prepayment of room and tax, or guaranteed with a major credit card that will be charged forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the guest folio of the reserved stay.
Cancellations may be made without penalty until forty-five (45) days prior to their arrival date. Cancellations inside forty-five (45) days will forfeit all deposits on record and guest will be responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. Shortening of stay, including early departure and no-show, within forty-five (45) days, is also considered cancellation and subject to forfeiture of deposit amounts related to those room nigths unused.
After the cutoff date of Tuesday, May 20, 2025, the hotel will release all remaining rooms for general sale and is no longer obligated to honor our group meeting rate. The hotel will determine if it can accept any further reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the group meeting rate.
